TPS22965x Load Switch – High-Performance 6A Power Switch with Configurable Rise Time and Quick Output Discharge

The TPS22965x is a high-efficiency, single-channel load switch designed to optimize power management in space-constrained applications. Featuring an integrated N-channel MOSFET, the device supports an input voltage range from 0.8 V to 5.7 V and delivers up to 6 A of continuous current, making it ideal for high-performance systems.

One of the key features of the TPS22965x is its configurable rise time, which helps minimize inrush current, protecting downstream components and improving overall system stability. The device is controlled via a user-friendly ON/OFF input (ON), which is fully compatible with low-voltage logic signals for seamless integration with modern processors and controllers.

For enhanced functionality, the TPS22965 variant includes a 225-Ω on-chip quick output discharge resistor, ensuring rapid power-down of the load when the switch is turned off.
