The SMCJ10A-AT is a high-power 1500W transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from electrostatic discharge (ESD), lightning-induced surges, and fast transient voltage spikes. With a 10V standoff voltage, it provides precise clamping for low-voltage applications while maintaining stable circuit operation.

Encapsulated in the SMC (DO-214AB) surface-mount package, it is ideal for high-reliability and high-power PCB designs requiring enhanced surge handling capability.
