The SD6835 is a high-performance current-mode PWM + PFM controller designed for switch mode power supplies (SMPS). Featuring an integrated high-voltage MOSFET and external sense resistor configuration, it delivers efficient and reliable power conversion in a compact design.
Optimized for low standby power and low startup current, the SD6835 automatically enters burst mode operation during light-load or standby conditions to minimize power dissipation. Its load-dependent switching frequency ranges from 25 kHz to 67 kHz, ensuring high efficiency across varying loads. Additionally, a built-in frequency jitter function helps reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI), improving overall system compliance.
