RS2510 – 1000V 25A Bridge Rectifier in KBU Package | Ultra-High-Voltage 25A Industrial AC-DC Rectifier Bridge

The RS2510 delivers 1000V reverse blocking voltage and 25A continuous rectified DC output for ultra-high-voltage single-phase AC-to-DC bridge applications. Its 350A surge overload endurance and very low 12.5µA reverse leakage protect DC rails from mains spikes, surge bursts, transformer inrush, and line transients. The low 1.1V VF drop ensures low-heat, efficient rectification for heavy mains bridge conversions. Housed in thermally robust KBU package, RS2510 guarantees long-service reliability for SMPS, UPS, industrial rectifiers, and 1000V 25A high-current DC power modules.
