The RS2508 is an 800V, 25A single-phase rectifier bridge for high-voltage AC-to-DC mains bridge stages. With exceptional 350A surge hardening and ultra-low 12.5µA reverse leakage, it delivers highly efficient rectification and strong protection against mains transients, overload bursts, inrush currents, and DC bus instability. Its low 1.1V forward drop reduces heat stress while improving power efficiency. Packed in a rugged KBU thermal package, RS2508 guarantees excellent long-term reliability for industrial power supplies, high-voltage chargers, UPS, and 25A rectifier modules.
