The RS1510 is a 1000V, 15A ultra-high-voltage single-phase full-wave rectifier bridge diode module, built for infrastructure-grade AC-to-DC rectification, high-voltage transformer secondaries, industrial 15A DC buses, solar and utility-linked power rails, and offline 230V/415V AC bulk conversion stages. Its internal, symmetrical four-junction topology reliably sustains 300A non-repetitive surge transients, while delivering a consistent 1.0V low-loss forward conduction drop at 100 °C continuous load temperature, ensuring both thermal endurance and conduction efficiency. With a controlled 7.5µA maximum reverse leakage ceiling, the bridge preserves blocking stability even under long-term DC bus duty. Packaged in the electrically isolated 4-lead KBU epoxy block format, the RS1510 ensures base isolation from thermal mounting surfaces, enabling secure heatsink clamping, improved HV creepage safety, and reliable PCB front-end rectification confidence.
