The RS1508 is an 800V, 15A high-voltage single-phase diode bridge rectifier module, designed for heavy-duty offline AC-to-DC rails, 800V DC buses, high-margin transformer secondaries, and industrial 15A rectifier stages. The internal four-junction topology guarantees 300A transient surge withstand capability, while delivering 1.0V low-loss forward conduction at 100 °C sustained load temperature, ensuring excellent thermal and conduction efficiency. Controlled 7.5µA max reverse leakage provides blocking stability, improving bus retention integrity. Packaged in the isolated 4-lead KBU epoxy block, it features electrical insulation from the mounting base, ensuring safety for thermally clamped heatsink rectifier assemblies and industrial 800V power stages.
