The RS1506 is a 600V, 15A single-phase full-wave rectifier diode bridge module built for offline AC-to-DC rails, 600V industrial supply stages, transformer secondaries, motor-coupled rectifier lines, and 15A high-margin rectification. The four-junction architecture ensures 300A surge endurance, while maintaining 1.0V efficient conduction drop at 100 °C rated load temperature, enhancing thermal reliability under sustained bulk rectifier duty. Controlled 7.5µA reverse leakage stability boosts high-voltage bus blocking integrity. Housed in the isolated 4-lead KBU epoxy block package, it delivers electrical isolation from the mounting base, improving safety in heatsink-clamped rectifiers and industrial 600V front-end rectification modules.
