The RS1504 is a 400V, 15A single-phase diode bridge rectifier module optimized for offline 230V AC, 400V front-end power buses, DC bulk charging pathways, transformer secondaries, and industrial 15A rectifier stages. Its four-junction rectifier design endures 300A non-repetitive surge spikes, while maintaining 1.0V low-loss forward conduction at 100 °C rated load temperature, ensuring thermal reliability under bulk rectification duty. The bridge maintains a controlled 7.5µA reverse leakage limit, improving DC bus retention and blocking stability. Packaged in the isolated 4-lead KBU epoxy block, the module delivers electrical isolation from the mounting base, improving safety in clamp-heatsink rectifier assemblies and high-voltage PCB front-ends.
