The RS1501 is a 100V, 15A single-phase bridge rectifier diode module for medium low-voltage designs, offering efficient and dependable AC-to-DC conversion for transformer secondary rails, DC bus precharge pathways, and bulk input rectification. The internal four-junction architecture sustains 300A non-repetitive surge peaks, while maintaining 1.0V low forward conduction drop at elevated 100 °C load. The bridge provides 7.5µA maximum reverse leakage stability under rated blocking and exhibits 10µs reverse recovery behavior suitable for 50Hz/60Hz line rectification and moderate switching front ends. Encapsulated in an isolated 4-lead KBU epoxy block package, the module ensures electrical isolation from the mounting base, improving safety in thermal clamping and heatsink-coupled rectifier assemblies.
