The RS15005 is a 50V, 15A single-phase full-wave bridge rectifier diode module, designed for reliable AC-to-DC conversion in low-voltage high-current rails. Built on four high-efficiency rectifier junctions, it supports 300A surge withstand capability and delivers stable 1.0V low-loss forward conduction at 100 °C. With a controlled 7.5µA reverse leakage ceiling and 10µs recovery behavior, this bridge is housed in the isolated 4-lead KBU epoxy block package, offering electrical isolation from the metal base for thermal mounting safety. The device is optimized for linear transformer secondaries, DC bus charging, battery power stages, and adapter front ends requiring rugged current margins at low voltage.
