The RS1008 is an 800V, 10.0A single-phase bridge rectifier diode unit built to deliver consistent offline AC-to-DC rectification for 800V conversion power rails, industrial SMPS input bridges, capacitor charging power modules, transformer fed single-phase rectifier PCBs, and 10A DC bridge boards requiring high surge capability and low conduction dissipation. A controlled 1.1V forward voltage architecture supports minimized conduction loss during high-load rectification. The 300A surge resilience protects the system against transformer inrush forces and capacitor charge-up surges during AC line cycle peak overstress. Reverse leakage is optimized to 10µA for reduced thermal and standby power rise in high-duty reverse bias cycles. The insulated KBU package ensures secure mechanical framing, vibration stability, firm lead alignment, and necessary isolation safety for PCB input bridge conversion designs.
