The RS1006 is a 600V, 10.0A single-phase AC-to-DC diode bridge rectifier module designed for reliable operation in industrial SMPS front-end rails, utility power boards, and transformer secondary rectifier topologies requiring high surge tolerance and low conduction loss. With its 1.1V forward voltage design, it supports stable high-load current cycles up to 10A DC. Its 300A surge immunity protects the circuit against inrush stresses from transformers and large DC-bus capacitors during power-on events and AC line cycle peak overstress. Reverse leakage is constrained to 10µA to ensure minimized standby loss and reduced thermal stress in repetitive reverse bias cycles.
