The RS1004 is a 400V, 10.0A single-phase rectifier bridge engineered for offline AC-to-DC converter boards and 10A industrial conversion supply stages requiring excellent surge immunity and efficient thermal conduction. The 1.1V forward drop ensures controlled conduction dissipation during continuous 10A DC bridge loads. Its 300A peak surge rating protects the AC-entry stage against transformer magnetizing inrush forces, capacitor inrush spikes, AC cyclic peaks, and transient overload stress. Reverse leakage is held to 10µA operation for improved long-term efficiency and reduced thermal rise during reverse-bias AC cycles. Packaged in an isolated, epoxy-molded KBU housing, it ensures electrical safety isolation, lead-pin stability, and mechanical endurance for high-duty PCB-mounted hybrid power rectifier modules.
