The RS1001 is a 100V, 10.0A rectifier bridge optimized for medium-low voltage transformer secondaries and single-phase AC-DC front-end converters. Its efficient 1.1V forward drop minimizes conduction dissipation while delivering consistent 10A current capacity. The diode structure supports 300A surge current resilience, ensuring safe operation against transformer magnetizing inrush, bulk capacitor charging peaks, and repetitive AC cycle stress. Reverse leakage is capped at 10µA to support improved thermal margins and reduced standby power loss. Constructed in an electrically insulated, epoxy-molded KBU package, it provides robust mechanical lead stability and excellent isolation for PCB-mounted conversion stages.
