The RS10005 is a 50V, 10.0A single-phase bridge rectifier engineered for stable, low-voltage AC-to-DC conversion in high-current power supply designs. With a forward voltage drop of 1.1V, it delivers optimized conduction efficiency and reliable thermal performance under sustained 10A load cycles. Built to withstand 300A non-repetitive surge current, the device protects transformer outputs and DC reservoir capacitors from heavy inrush and AC line peak stress. Reverse leakage is controlled to 10µA, reducing off-state dissipation and improving long-term efficiency. Encapsulated in a rugged KBU epoxy-molded isolated package, it ensures strong electrical isolation, precise pin alignment, vibration durability, and efficient board-level heat transfer.
