The HCW-HENGCHENGWEI GaN power IC and synchronous rectification (SR) series are engineered for high-efficiency AC-DC and DC-DC power conversion systems, supporting multiple operating modes including CCM (Continuous Conduction Mode), DCM (Discontinuous Conduction Mode), and QR (Quasi-Resonant Mode). These devices are optimized for modern fast charging adapters, high-frequency switching power supplies, and compact high-density power designs.

The primary-side GaN IC series offers voltage ratings from 85V to 100V, with ultra-low RDS(on) values down to 7mΩ, significantly reducing conduction losses and improving overall efficiency. With high switching frequency support up to 500KHz, these devices enable smaller magnetic components, higher power density, and improved thermal performance compared to conventional silicon-based solutions.

The synchronous rectifier (SR) series complements the primary controllers by providing efficient secondary-side rectification with voltage ratings from 40V to 100V and ultra-low conduction resistance.
