The MP1010S is a 1000V, 10.0A single-phase bridge rectifier diode engineered for very high-voltage offline PCBs, industrial transformer rails, high-charge DC buses, infrastructure power bridge modules, and AC-to-DC SMPS input front-ends requiring long-haul stability, dependable surge protection and sustained 10A DC conversion cycles in a thermally optimized layout. The rectifier’s low 1.05V forward conduction architecture enables reduced thermal junction rise during long-duty 10A DC load rectification cycles. A superior 300A IFSM non-repetitive inrush surge rating protects PCB rail modules from transformer magnetization inrush peaks and bulk capacitor charge impulse stress edges. Reverse leakage is controlled to 5µA, minimizing standby thermal dissipation supporting stabilized repetitive reverse-bias AC cycles. The 4-lead epoxy-molded inline MPS package ensures dependable electrical isolation framing, lead mechanical stability, strong PCB mount endurance, vibration immunity, rigid lead alignment and thermal conduction reliability for sustained 1000V 10A rectification modules.
