MP1008S – 800V 10.0A Bridge Rectifier in MPS Package | 800V 10A Diode Bridge

The MP1008S is an 800V, 10.0A single-phase bridge rectifier diode supporting high-voltage PCB power modules, offline PSU input stages, transformer-powered DC buses, infrastructure-grade AC buses requiring sustained 10A DC output cycles with reduced conduction thermal rise and exceptionally high 300A IFSM surge withstand immunity against AC inrush, transformer magnetization peaks, and bulk DC capacitor charge impulses. The rectifier integrates a 1.05V low-loss forward conduction profile, allowing lower full-load conduction dissipation. Tightly limited 5µA reverse leakage supports low standby thermal rise and stabilized repetitive reverse-bias performance. The 4-lead epoxy-molded MPS inline package delivers mechanically stable, vibration-rigid, strongly isolated, lead-alignment-secure PCB mounting reliability for 800V AC-to-DC rectifier modules.
