The MP1006S is a 600V, 10.0A single-phase AC-to-DC bridge rectifier diode built for higher offline AC buses, transformer-powered DC rails, 600V industrial PSU stages, adapter input bridge PCBs, industrial 10A modules demanding low conduction rise thermal behavior and high transient surge tolerance durability. Using a low 1.05V forward dissipation architecture, the rectifier sustains heavy 10A DC duty cycles with lower thermal stress. The 300A IFSM surge withstand rating protects transformer magnetizing edges and capacitor charging impulse stress on 600V AC cycles ensuring robust platform reliability. With 5µA reverse leakage, the unit minimizes standby thermal dissipation supporting stabilized repetitive reverse-bias behavior. Housed in the MPS 4-lead inline epoxy-molded housing, the device ensures lead stability, dependable PCB isolation endurance, vibration rigidity, strong lead alignment and improved board-level thermal conduction reliability for industrial 600V 10A rectification modules.
