The MP1004S is a 400V, 10.0A single-phase bridge rectifier diode providing efficient AC-to-DC conversion for offline transformer rails, split AC buses, industrial PSUs, adapter input bridges and PCB rectification stages demanding excellent inrush surge tolerance and heavy 10A DC load cycles with lower conduction thermal rise. Featuring a 1.05V forward voltage architecture, the rectifier reduces conduction thermal losses and supports sustained 10A DC cycles with higher system efficiency. The 300A IFSM surge rating protects DC buses from AC inrush edges, transformer magnetization peaks, and bulk capacitor charge impulses delivering long-term overstress reliability. Reverse leakage is tightly clamped at 5µA to reduce standby thermal dissipation ensuring stabilized repetitive reverse-bias behavior. The 4-lead epoxy-molded MPS inline package provides PCB-safe lead stability, vibration endurance, strong lead alignment, solid electrical isolation and improved thermal conduction required for 400V PCB rectifier interface stages.
