The MP1002S is a 200V, 10.0A single-phase bridge rectifier diode optimized for industrial transformer rails, 110V/230V front-end divider stages, and PCB AC-DC bridges requiring sustained 10A DC output with low conduction rise and surge durability. Using a 1.05V low-loss forward conduction architecture, it reduces full-load thermal dissipation and supports improved heat-spread reliability during long rectification duty cycles. A 300A IFSM surge rating secures DC buses from transformer inrush edges, AC cycle peak stress, and capacitor charge impulses protecting 200V AC-to-DC stages. Reverse leakage is kept to 5µA for minimized idle thermal loss and stable repetitive reverse-bias behavior. The MPS 4-lead inline epoxy-molded package ensures mechanical rigidity, reliable PCB mounting, lead stability, electrical isolation endurance and improved thermal conduction framing required for industrial 200V 10A rectifier modules.
