The MP10005S is a 50V, 10.0A single-phase bridge rectifier diode designed for efficient AC-to-DC conversion in low-voltage, high-inrush environments. Built on a low-loss rectification structure with a 1.05V forward voltage drop at full load, the device delivers reduced conduction dissipation, lower junction temperature rise, and improved thermal margins during sustained 10A DC cycles. A 300A non-repetitive surge current withstand (IFSM) provides strong immunity to transformer inrush forces, bulk capacitor charge impulse stress, and AC cycle peak edge loading. Reverse leakage is tightly controlled at 5µA, ensuring minimized standby thermal loss and stable repetitive reverse-bias behavior. Housed in the 4-lead epoxy-molded MPS inline package, the diode bridge ensures high PCB mechanical stability, lead frame rigidity, vibration endurance, and dependable electrical isolation for 50V rectifier rails.
