The MK0053 PIR Module from SENBA is a high-reliability passive infrared sensor solution designed for intelligent lighting and energy-saving control applications. Engineered with a digital sensor control architecture, it delivers stable performance, anti-EMI capability, and resistance to hot air flow interference, ensuring consistent operation in outdoor and industrial environments.
Operating at a 3.7V lithium battery system with a working current of less than 500mA, the module is optimized for low-power solar-powered applications. It supports a solar panel input voltage range of 5–5.5V, making it ideal for energy-efficient autonomous lighting systems. The integrated light control function activates at approximately 20Lux, enabling automatic dusk-to-dawn operation.
The MK0053 features a fixed delay time of 15 seconds (±2s) and a non-adjustable blocking time of 2 seconds, providing stable and predictable motion detection behavior. Its sensing range depends on the installed lens configuration, allowing flexible adaptation to different product designs. The compact PCB size of 58.8mm × 15mm × 1.0mm ensures easy integration into space-constrained devices.
Compared to conventional PIR solutions, the MK0053 offers improved stability, reduced false triggering, and enhanced reliability in solar lighting applications.
