MEI2001 Power Management IC – 1.5A DC/DC Step-Up Converter | 1.5–30V, 300kHz, SOT23-6

The MEI2001 is a wide-input DC/DC step-up (boost) converter controller designed for higher-voltage applications using an external NMOS power transistor.
It supports a broad 1.5V to 30V input voltage range and allows adjustable output voltages up to 20V via a 1.25V feedback reference.

With PFM/PWM control and a 300kHz switching frequency, the MEI2001 delivers up to 1.5A output current and maintains ±2% output accuracy, ideal for 5V to 9V boost conversion and industrial power designs.
