The ME6330 is a Power Management IC designed as a CMOS type Low Dropout (LDO) linear regulator, optimized for low-power and space-constrained applications. It supports a maximum input voltage of 6.5V and provides fixed output voltages from 1.5V to 5.0V with ±2% accuracy.
Featuring high PSRR of 65dB @ 1kHz and a low quiescent current of 4µA, the ME6330 effectively suppresses power-supply noise while extending battery life. With an output current capability of up to 400mA, it is well suited for powering digital ICs, sensors, and communication modules.
