The ME6307 is a high-current Power Management IC integrating a CMOS type Low Dropout (LDO) linear regulator designed for applications requiring high load current, excellent line/load regulation, and strong noise suppression.

It operates from an input voltage of up to 6.5V and provides fixed output voltages from 1.2V to 5.0V with ±1% output accuracy. With a maximum output current of 800mA, the ME6307 is well suited for powering processors, communication modules, and other high-current digital loads.

The device offers 70dB PSRR at 1kHz, effectively reducing supply noise and ripple. A low quiescent current of 50µA helps maintain efficiency in battery-powered systems.
