The ME6306 is a high-performance Power Management IC implemented as a CMOS type Low Dropout (LDO) linear regulator, designed for low-noise and high-accuracy voltage regulation in portable and noise-sensitive systems. It supports a maximum input voltage of 6.5V and offers fixed output voltages from 1.5V to 5.0V with ±1% output accuracy.
With a high PSRR of 75dB @ 1kHz, the ME6306 effectively suppresses input ripple and noise, making it ideal for powering RF modules, analog circuits, and precision digital loads. Its low quiescent current of 10µA helps extend battery life while still delivering up to 400mA output current.
