The ME6301 is a precision CMOS LDO linear regulator designed for battery-powered and portable applications requiring low noise, high PSRR, and high output accuracy. It supports a maximum input voltage of 6.5V and provides regulated output voltages from 1.2V to 5.0V with ±1% accuracy.
