The ME6301-N is a high-performance Power Management IC designed as a CMOS type Low Dropout (LDO) linear regulator for noise-sensitive and battery-powered applications. It supports a maximum input voltage of 6.5V and provides fixed output voltages ranging from 1.2V to 5.0V with ±1% high accuracy.
