The ME6230 is a Power Management IC designed as a CMOS type low power Low Dropout (LDO) linear regulator for noise-sensitive and battery-powered applications. It operates with a maximum input voltage of 6.5V and provides fixed output voltage options ranging from 1.2V to 5.0V.
This LDO features high PSRR of 70dB @ 1kHz, ensuring excellent suppression of input supply noise, while maintaining ±1% output voltage accuracy. With a very low quiescent current of only 1.8µA, the ME6230 delivers up to 400mA output current, balancing efficiency and performance.
