The ME6211 is a high-performance Power Management IC based on a CMOS type Low Dropout (LDO) linear regulator architecture. It is designed for applications requiring high PSRR, high output accuracy, and low dropout voltage under varying load conditions.
Supporting an input voltage of up to 6.5V, the ME6211 offers fixed and adjustable output voltage options from 0.8V to 5.0V with ±1% accuracy. With a PSRR of 70dB at 1kHz and a low quiescent current of 30µA, it effectively suppresses input noise while maintaining excellent efficiency in battery-powered systems.
The device delivers up to 500mA output current, making it suitable for powering processors, RF circuits, and other current-hungry loads. Multiple package options such as SOT23-3, SOT23-5, SOT353, SOT343R, SOT89-3, FBP, and DFN provide flexibility for different PCB layouts and thermal requirements.
