The ME3146 is a robust Power Management IC integrating a synchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) converter for mid-voltage industrial and consumer applications.
It supports a 4.2V to 18V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 17V using a 0.8V feedback reference.

Capable of delivering up to 3A output current, the ME3146 operates in PFM/PWM automatic mode with high efficiency and stable regulation.
