ME3136 Power Management IC – 0.6A Synchronous DC/DC Buck Converter | 4.5–60V, 1.6MHz, SOT23-6

The ME3136 is a high-voltage synchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) converter engineered for extreme wide-input applications.
It supports a 4.5V to 60V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 57V using a 0.8V feedback reference.

Operating in PFM/PWM mode, the ME3136 delivers up to 0.6A output current with low quiescent current of 200µA and ±2% output accuracy.
Its 1.6MHz switching frequency allows compact and high-density power designs.
