ME3131 Power Management IC – 0.6A Synchronous DC/DC Buck Converter | 4.0–48V, 1.4MHz, SOT23-6

The ME3131 is an ultra-wide-input synchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) converter designed for compact, high-voltage applications.
It supports a 4.0V to 48V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage from 1.2V to 5V using a 0.6V feedback reference.

With automatic PFM/PWM operation, the ME3131 delivers up to 0.6A output current while maintaining low quiescent current of 135µA.
Its 1.4MHz switching frequency enables very small external components and compact PCB layouts.
