The ME3121 is a wide-input Power Management IC featuring a synchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) converter, designed for efficient high-voltage power conversion.
It supports a 4.7V to 40V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 12V using a 0.6V feedback reference.

With automatic PFM/PWM operation, the ME3121 delivers up to 1A output current while maintaining low quiescent current of 120µA.
Its 1MHz switching frequency allows smaller passive components and compact PCB designs.
