The ME3114 is a high-current Power Management IC featuring a synchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) converter, designed for demanding power applications requiring very high output current.
It supports a 3.3V to 18V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 5V using a 0.6V feedback reference.

Operating in PWM mode, the ME3114 delivers up to 7A output current with high efficiency and excellent transient response.
Its adjustable switching frequency from 200kHz to 1.6MHz allows designers to optimize between efficiency, EMI, and solution size.
Multiple QFN package options provide flexibility for high-density PCB layouts.
