The ME3112 is a compact Power Management IC featuring a synchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) converter, designed for space-constrained portable and embedded applications.
It supports a 4.1V to 18V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 5V using a 0.6V feedback reference.

Operating in automatic PFM/PWM mode, the ME3112 delivers up to 2A output current while maintaining low quiescent current of 120µA.
Its 1.4MHz switching frequency enables the use of small inductors and capacitors, minimizing overall solution size.
