The ME3109 is a high-current Power Management IC integrating a synchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) converter, designed for compact and high-density power applications.
It supports a 2.8V to 5.5V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.8V to 4.5V.
Operating in synchronous PFM/PWM mode or forced PWM mode, the ME3109 delivers up to 3A output current while maintaining low quiescent current of 15µA.
Its 1.2MHz switching frequency enables compact external components and excellent transient response.
