The ME3108 is a low-power Power Management IC integrating a synchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) converter for portable and battery-operated devices.
It supports a 2.8V to 5.5V input voltage range and provides a fixed output voltage from 0.8V to 3.6V.

Featuring automatic PFM/PWM operation, the ME3108 achieves high efficiency with a low quiescent current of 15µA, while delivering up to 2A output current.
Its 1.2MHz switching frequency allows a compact and cost-effective power solution.
