The ME3107 is an ultra-low power Power Management IC featuring a synchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) converter optimized for battery-powered and always-on applications.
It supports a 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range and provides a fixed output voltage from 1V to 4V.

Designed for extremely low power consumption, the ME3107 operates in PFM mode with a quiescent current as low as 0.76µA, making it ideal for wearable, IoT, and portable electronics where battery life is critical.
