The ME3103 is a high-efficiency Power Management IC integrating a synchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) converter, designed for portable and battery-powered electronics.
It supports a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage from 1.2V to 5V using a 0.6V feedback reference.

Operating in automatic PFM/PWM mode, the ME3103 delivers up to 1A output current while maintaining a low quiescent current of 40µA.
Its 1.5MHz switching frequency enables small external components and compact PCB layouts.
