The ME3102 is a compact Power Management IC with a synchronous DC/DC step-down (buck) architecture, designed for high-efficiency portable power systems.
It supports a 2.5V to 6.0V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage from 1.2V to 5V using a 0.6V feedback reference.
With automatic PFM/PWM operation, the ME3102 delivers up to 1A output current while achieving stable regulation and high efficiency.
Its selectable 1.4MHz or 1.75MHz switching frequency allows flexibility between efficiency and solution size.
