ME2199 Power Management IC – 2A DC/DC Step-Up Converter | 2.7–25V, 1MHz, TSOT23-8 / SOP8

The ME2199 is a high-performance DC/DC step-up (boost) converter controller designed for medium-power boost applications using an external NMOS power transistor.
It supports a wide 2.7V to 25V input voltage range and provides adjustable output voltages up to 20V through a 1.25V feedback reference.

Operating in PFM/PWM mixed mode with a 1MHz switching frequency, the ME2199 can deliver up to 2A output current with ±2% output accuracy, enabling compact, efficient boost designs such as 5V to 9V conversion.
