The ME2187 is a high-current Power Management IC featuring a DC/DC step-up (boost) converter with built-in dual NMOS power switches, designed for demanding boost applications.
It supports a 2.7V to 12V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage below 12.6V using a 1.2V feedback reference.

Operating in PFM/PWM mode with a switching frequency adjustable from 200kHz to 2.2MHz, the ME2187 delivers up to 3A output current with ±2% output accuracy, making it ideal for 3.3V to 9V high-power boost conversion.
