The ME2186 is a low-power Power Management IC integrating a DC/DC step-up (boost) converter with built-in NMOS and PMOS switches, designed for higher output voltage boost applications.
It operates from a 0.9V to 5.5V input voltage range and provides a regulated output voltage from 1.8V to 6.0V.

Using PFM operation at 320kHz, the ME2186 delivers up to 500mA output current with ±2% accuracy, making it ideal for 3V to 5V boost conversion in consumer and portable electronics.
