The ME2185 is a high-current Power Management IC implementing a DC/DC step-up (boost) converter with built-in NMOS and PMOS power switches, designed for demanding power applications.
It supports a 2.9V to 4.4V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage below 5.5V using a 1.25V feedback reference.

Operating in PFM/PWM mode at 1MHz, the ME2185 delivers up to 2.5A output current with ±2% output accuracy, making it ideal for 3.3V to 5V boost conversion in high-load systems.
