The ME2177 is a compact Power Management IC integrating a DC/DC step-up (boost) converter with built-in dual NMOS switches, designed for medium-power boost applications.
It operates from a 2.7V to 12V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage below 12.6V via a 1.2V feedback reference.

Using PFM operation with a switching frequency adjustable from 200kHz to 2.2MHz, the ME2177 delivers up to 2A output current with ±2% accuracy, ideal for 3.3V to 9V boost rails where board space is limited.
