The ME2175 is a compact Power Management IC featuring a DC/DC step-up (boost) converter with built-in NMOS and PMOS switches, designed for low-voltage battery-powered applications.
It operates from a 1.8V to 4.4V input voltage range and provides an adjustable output voltage below 5.5V using a 0.8V feedback reference.

With PFM/PWM operation at 1MHz, the ME2175 delivers up to 1A output current with ±2% regulation accuracy, making it ideal for 3.3V to 5V boost conversion in space-constrained designs.
