The ME2169 is a robust DC/DC boost converter controller optimized for medium-to-high power designs using an external NMOS switch.
It supports a 2.5V to 6V input voltage range and provides adjustable output voltages up to 20V with a 1.25V feedback reference.

Operating in PFM/PWM mode at 1MHz, the ME2169 delivers up to 3A output current with ±2% output accuracy, making it well suited for 3.6V to 5V and higher voltage boost applications.
